Here we have a beautifully finished Vacheron Constantin dress watch from the 1940s with teardrop lugs and an amazingly designed dial with so many details that it's difficult to mention them all. 

This particular piece is notable for its great condition, an elegant 18k rose gold case with jumbo teardrop lugs, beautiful arranged rose golden roman numerals at 3, 9 and 12 o'clock.
