Here you can see a fascinating Seamaster made by Omega in 1950s. It features a 34 mm 18k yellow gold case with slightly angled lugs and comes with golden stick hour markers and hands. 

 

This particular example is notable for its beautiful all around appearance and a original cream colored dial with a beautiful developed leopard like patina.
