The 2nd generation Ingenieur SL has a lot going on. Design uniformity in the integrated bracelet and tonneau case, attractive details like the drilled porthole bezel, gold hands and indices, and matching date wheel.

 

The classic IWC signature on the grey graph-paper dial adds a sort of studious sophistication to this decidedly luxury but accessible 1980s sport watch and the best part is that it comes in near NOS condition.
